A trip to Merigold

efca0-36I recently took a trip to Merigold to write a travel story for The Clarion-Ledger about the small town and it’s unique features.

My stops included McCartys Pottery, a restaurant called The Gallery owned by the McCartys, Crawdad’s restaurant and Po’ Monkey Lounge, which is known by many as the last authentic juke joint in America.

Listen to the interview ‘McCartys Pottery in Merigold’ on Audioboom.
